Description
Far From Stock — Hub & Wheel-Centric Billet Adapter (8×180 → 8×180, 14×1.5 Studs, 125.6 mm Bore)
Must order two for a pair. Pricing is for one wheel adapter only.
Hub- and wheel-centric billet adapter for GM HD trucks using the 8×180 mm bolt pattern, M14×1.5 studs, and a 125.6 mm center bore. Same-pattern design (8×180 → 8×180) maintains OEM geometry while adding clearance or stance. Machined from 6061-T6 aluminum billet.
Vehicle Fitment (YMM)
| Make | Model | Years | Notes |
|---|---|---|---|
| Chevrolet | Silverado 2500HD | 2011–Present | 8×180 mm, M14×1.5 studs, 125.6 mm bore. SRW only. |
| Chevrolet | Silverado 3500HD (SRW) | 2011–Present | SRW only. Not for dually (DRW). 8×180 mm, M14×1.5 studs, 125.6 mm bore. |
| GMC | Sierra 2500HD | 2011–Present | 8×180 mm, M14×1.5 studs, 125.6 mm bore. SRW only. |
| GMC | Sierra 3500HD (SRW) | 2011–Present | SRW only. Not for dually (DRW). 8×180 mm, M14×1.5 studs, 125.6 mm bore. |
Tech note: Many OEM hub-bore listings for GM 8×180 show ~124.1–124.2 mm. If your hub measures ~124.1–124.2 mm, use an appropriate centering ring to properly pilot to 125.6 mm for true hub-centric fit.
Key Details
- Bolt Pattern: 8×180 mm (vehicle) → 8×180 mm (wheel)
- Stud Size: M14×1.5
- Center Bore: 125.6 mm (hub- & wheel-centric)
- Application: GM 2500/3500 SRW (not DRW)
- Type: Same-pattern billet adapter (not a conversion)
- Material: Precision CNC-machined 6061-T6 aluminum billet
Why these outperform generic spacers
Stronger than Cast — Machined from 6061-T6 Billet
- 6061-T6 aerospace aluminum: Excellent toughness and fatigue resistance for working trucks.
- Hub- & wheel-centric load path: Centers at both the hub and wheel face for smooth rotation and even load.
- Precision machining: Tight runout and concentricity for high-speed stability.
- High-strength hardware: Premium studs and nuts spec’d to meet or exceed OEM grade requirements.
- OEM geometry preserved: Same-pattern 8×180 → 8×180 improves stance without altering mating angles.
Install Notes
- Verify fitment: Confirm vehicle is GM 2500/3500 SRW with 8×180 pattern and M14×1.5 studs.
- Measure hub bore: Check the OE hub. If ~124.1–124.2 mm, have the correct centering ring to pilot to 125.6 mm.
- Prep surfaces: Safely lift and secure the vehicle; remove wheel. Clean the hub face and center bore of rust/paint/debris.
- Test-fit adapter: Slide the adapter onto the hub to ensure it seats fully and evenly (no gaps). Confirm ring fit if used.
- Mount adapter: Install nuts onto factory studs; tighten in a star pattern to the vehicle manufacturer’s torque spec.
- Mount wheel: Place wheel onto adapter studs; install lug nuts and tighten in a star pattern to spec.
- Spin & clearance check: Rotate by hand to verify no contact with calipers, tie-rod ends, or fenders.
- Road-check and re-torque: After 50–100 miles, re-torque all adapter and wheel nuts to spec; re-check periodically.
